E-mail Print PDF
Armenia remains opposed to any Turkish mediation to find a resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

During his visit to Washington, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan clearly stated Yerevan’s position on the issue, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan said.

He was commenting on remarks yesterday by the head of the public policy department at Azerbaijan’s presidential administration, Ali Hasanov, that Turkey’s representation in the OSCE Minsk Group was also ’on the agenda’.

The deputy chairman of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Ali Ahmadov, had also spoken in favour of Turkey’s involvement in the OSCE-mediated negotiations on Karabakh.
