Iran criticized on hosting activities towards spreading Armenian allegations

Organization for Fighting Against Baseless Armenian Allegations' Chairman of Board of Directors, Associate Professor Savas Egilmez reacted to the Iranian officials that Armenians will make propaganda in Tehran related to 95th anniversary of so called Armenian genocide.
Stating that friendly relations between Turkey and Iran back to long years ago, Egilmez said, "These two peoples lived on the same geography side by side for centuries. Our languages and cultures affected each other. The strong bond that is shaped in history created a deep love and respect between the peoples of two countries in many platforms. Besides all these, Turkish Republic contributes establishment of peace and stability in the region with its economical and military forces and peaceful policy."
Stating that recent reports in the media that Armenian organizations spread disappointed them, Egilmez said, "Armenians prepare activities for the 95th anniversary of so called Armenian genocide in the capital of Iran, Tehran. Armenian organizations, which claim that they took necessary permissions from Iranian officials, will first establish a web-site to decieve Iranian community. They will establish a library that will provide books and movies about so called Armenian genocide. They will also hold exhibitions and competitions for the anniversary. In other words, they will do everything they do in United States, Canada, Australia and some of the European countries among Persian people too."
