Four non-governmental organizations in Armenia, signed an agreement towards contributing the development of the relations between Turkey and Armenia.
NGO's in Armenia that are for normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia took action. Following the suspension of the Zurich protocols, four NGO's in Armenia agreed on establishment of a joint approach to contribute process of normalization of relations with Turkey. Eurasia Partnership Foundation, Armenian Press Club, International Center for Human Development and Armenia Manufacturers and Businessmen Association agreed on establishment of a joint approach to coordinate activities to contribute development of Turkish-Armenian relations.
According to the report of Public Radio of Armenia, leaders of the NGO's stressed that the agreement among the organizations is not a political but a civil movement.
The chairman of the Armenian Manufacturers and Businessmen Association A. Ghazaryan said, "We are experienced in importing both Turkish goods and service but we do not have any data on how much we export. Turkey kept the embargo."
Speaking to Panorama.am, Gazaryan said that the mission of the representation is to analyse the market and determine which products could be exported and which products are competitive. "Another mission of the representation is to determine how to organize Turkish companies which need Armenian products," said he.
