’The Kosovo precedent cannot be used in the Karabakh conflict.
There are no similar moments in the problems of Karabakh and Kosovo, both problems are quite different, said head of the International Center of Strategic Research of Turkey Jelal Cem Oguz.
“Armenians want to use Kosovo as a precedent. Meanwhile, I think Kosovo cannot be used as a precedent because this precedent has no international basis.
The Kosovo precedent cannot be used in the Karabakh conflict, as historical facts do not allow this,” Oguz said speaking at the Strategic Research Center under the president of Azerbaijan during a round table “Kosovo and Nagorno Karabakh: differences and discrepancies.”
