Municipial Council of Kiev adopted the decision in a session held yesterday that calls Ukrainian Parliament to recognize 1915 incidents as "Armenian genocide."
The decision that is passed with the votes of almost all members of the municipality council, stated that Russia, France, Belgium and Switzerland recognize so called Armenian genocide and Ukrainian Parliament should follow their example.
During the round table conference that was held with the attendence of representatives of ethnical groups in Ukrain last week, most of the representatives called Ukrainian Parliament to recognize 1915 incidents as "Armenian genocide".
