Turkish-Armenian peace for the memory of Hrant Dink

New York based American Turkish Society (ATS) and 'Moon and Stars' project organized a concert at Kaye Playhouse which included artists Arto Tuncboyaciyan, Yasar Kurt and Armenian Navy Band.
At the end of the concert, Tuncboyaciyan sang the song he wrote for the memory of Hrant Dink, the Turkish journalist of Armenian origin and editor-in-chief of the Turkish-Armenian weekly Agos who was assassinated on Jan. 19, 2007. Making a speech at the begining of the concert to the Turkish, Armenian and American audience, Deputy President of Moon and Stars Project Binnaz Saktanber thanked the musicians and stated that music has a power of gathering people together.
Before performing the song he wrote for the memory of Dink, Tuncboyaciyan made a short speech about Hrant Dink and thanked to organizators.
