Moscow has handed over Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan a scheme of liberation of occupied Azerbaijani territories, Armenia-based Hraparak newspaper reports. According to the newspaper source, the system Moscow has presented envisages step-by-step liberation of the occupied territories under 2+3+2 formula. Agdam and Fuzuli are expedted to be liberated in the first stage, Jabrail, Gubadli and Zangilan in the second stage and Kalbajar and Lachin are expected to be liberated in the third stage. The source adds that Armenian leader received this liberation scheme during his latest visit to Moscow.
