"Armenian genocide is an imperialist lie"

Metropolitan Municipality of Kocaeli hosted a seminar with Mehmet Perincek within the frames of Second Book Fair. Refuting the arguments of so called Armenian genocide with documents, Istanbul University Ataturk’s Principles and History of Turkish Revolution Institute Researcher Mehmet Perincek said that so called Armenian genocide is an imperialist lie.
"Armenians were living a prosperous life"

Stating that there is no evidence that show 1915 incidents constitute a genocide in the archives of Armenia, Russian Empire and Soviet Russia, Perincek said, "Contrarily, all the archives demonstrate that Armenians were living a prosperous life in Ottoman Empire."
"Armenian Politician Refuted Genocide Allegations"

"Armenian politician Boryan wrote in his book that Armenian genocide is an artificial problem that is brought on the agenda within the frames of Western and Russian imperialist opinions. Because of that, Armenian nationalists accused Boryan of betraying his country," said he.
"Displacement of Armenians was a measure against rebellion"
Commenting on the issue of displacement of Armenians Mehmet Perincek said that Armenians were displaced, because rebellion of Armenians when Ottoman army was fighting in several fronts found dangerous for the sake of the country. "Despite the tolerance of Ottomans, it is proved with documents that Armenians served in Russian army to separate Anatolia," said he.
