Sinan Ogan, Chief of the Center of International Relations and Strategic Analysis (TURKSAM), said that a meeting among Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan and Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin might be held next month in Sochi.

Giving an interview to Expert.ru, Sinan Ogan said that leaders of Turkey, Russia and Armenia will discuss Nagorno-Karabakh problem in the tri-partite meeting.

Commenting on the protocols that Turkey and Armenia signed in Zurich towards normalization of bilateral relations, Chief of TURKSAM said, "Reaction of Turkish public was not properly calculated in the normalization process with Armenia. Azerbaijan has an important role in Turkish public. Therefore, the situation will not change as long as Nagorno-Karabakh problem is not solved. Putin, Erdogan and Sarksyan may meet in Sochi to discuss this issue next month."

According to the report of Armenia Today, Ogan said, "Another problem lies in Armenia’s outlook of the established situation. A part of powers there consider that if they have been waiting for the opening of borders for 17 years, they can wait a little more. They consider it probably that Turkey will be obliged to recognize genocide in 2015 when it turns a century."
