Today Azerbaijan is developing in all sphere including military.

Though the OSCE Minsk Group has been dealing with the Karabakh conflict settlement for 20 years, there are no definite results and the patience of the Azerbaijani people is exhausted, said member of the Azerbaijani delegation in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Eldar Ibrahimov.

'When needed, our lands must be liberated through war', said chairman of the parliamentary committee of regional policy, according to the official website of the New Azerbaijan ruling party.

He said by demonstrating political will the Azerbaijani president has repeatedly declared the principal position of our country and the Azerbaijani people fully support this position.

'However, the Armenian president is unable to demonstrate political will. Thus, the Armenian side creates problems and protracts time while achieving the stage on the resolution of the conflict', he said.

According to him, the Azerbaijani people are against protracting this conflict.

'Time must not be protracted. Today Azerbaijan is developing in all sphere including military. Our army is strengthened and it is now time to liberate our lands from occupation. However, today Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is to meet the co-chairs. We want this meeting to give a positive effect for the peaceful solution to the conflict. Otherwise, war is an alternative variant', said Ibrahimov.
