Turkish foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu told journalists that relationship between Turkey and Azerbaijan was at a high level.
He also described bilateral relations as “permanent”.
Touching upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Davutoglu said official Ankara discusses the issue in all international platforms.
The Turkish minister added the Nagorno Karabakh problem will also be discussed at the third summit meeting of Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA), in which Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev participates as well.
