Baku officials are the ones, who will decide which Karabakh regulation formula to use, said Azerbaijani political expert Fikrat Sadigov.
Sadigov was commenting on the on reports in the Armenian press, that during his official visit to Armenia, Russian president Medvedev will bring the plan of de-occupation of 3 Azerbaijani regions (Agdam, Kelbajar and Fizuli) in the first stage of the Karabakh conflict.
"These kind of publications in the armenian press are not the first of their kind. Such plan may exist, yet the officials in Baku are the ones who will decide how the conflict will be settled. If such option (after weighing all the pros and cons) suits Baku, then the regulation formula described in the press is possible", said Sadigov.
Sadigov also pointed out, that he usually treats the Karabakh conflict related articles in the armenian press with a great deal of mistrust.
