Britain's Baroness Cox has said that Azerbaijan should allow Karabakh to take part in the talks to find a resolution to the conflict.
Karabakh Armenians will never be able to live within Azerbaijan since they have seen what it is like, the deputy speaker of Britain's House of Lords, Baroness Cox, said in an interview with Radio Liberty .
She said that Baku was wrong not to allow Karabakh into the negotiating process. She said the world community must realize that Karabakh should be a subject rather than an object of negotiations.
'Armenia must tell the world what happened in reality,' the baroness said.
As for the Armenian-Turkish process, the baroness said the normalization of ties between the countries should be considered a great present for Turkey.
