E-mail Print PDF

The 'new type developments' should be expected in the process of the Karabakh settlement.

According to leader of the Armenian Social-Ecological Party Armen Dovlatyan, after drawing the results of the trilateral meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan said that despite the scarce information, considering the statements voiced after the meeting, the results of the meeting were not too positive for the Armenian side.

Dovlatyan noted that this meeting, the adoption of the military doctrine of Azerbaijan and possible placement of Russian troops in Karabakh must be viewed as the units of a chain that will lead to definite new developments in the Karabakh settlement.

As for the possible implications of the placement of Russian troops in Karabakh, he said this will lead to serious geopolitical changes. "We all know that the peacekeepers do not fulfill peacekeeping mission in their areas", he said.
