Azeri "Obama" to Visit Turkey to Draw Attention Over Armenian Occupation in Azerbaijan

Asif Mustafayev, Azerbaijani citizen who became a point of interest for the local press in Azerbaijan because of his similarity to U.S. President Barack Obama, will visit Turkey to draw attention over Khojaly genocide and ongoing Armenian occupation in Azerbaijani land. Speaking to Turkish Anadolu Agency, "Azerbaijani Obama" said that his friends started to call him as "Obama" after Barack Obama became the president of United States.

Mustafayev, 32, stated that he will visit Turkey on Monday to call for attention on the Armenian occupation in Nagorno-Karabakh and Khojaly massacre. Mustafayev said that he aims to appear on Turkish television channels to draw Turkish and world communities' attention on the issues.
