E-mail Print PDF

Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), one of the most efficient Armenian diaspora organizations in United States, sharply criticized the joint statement issued by American, French and Russian Presidents regarding to Nagorno-Karabakh problem. "US President Barack Obama, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and French President Nicholas Sarkozy should have condemned  the provocation made by Azerbaijan on June 18, 2010," said ANCA's Executive Director Aram Hamparyan.

The joint statement was issued by the Presidents during G8 summit Toronto, Canada. Hamparian said, "With a one-sided formula, they are urging Nagorno-Karabakh to make very dangerous concessions in return of uncertain promises. Such concessions will lead to irreversable consequences for the security of Nagorno-Karabakh."
