Rahim Humbatov: “Armenians love revenge and do not forget Ramil Safarov. Now they have national hero, they may erect a monument in honor of Arakelyan for his “bravery”
Interesting facts have been revealed during the law court of Armenian Eduard Arakelyan and Andrey Ganin who destroyed monument erected in honor of Azerbaijani soldiers in Sevastopol. Head of Crimea Azerbaijanis community Rahim Humbatov told APA that speeches for defence of the accused at the meeting held at Bakalvsk region court darkened the version of destruction with the purpose of selling the monument as metal waste: “Eduard Arakelyan’s helper Andrey Ganin said at his speech that Armenian had selected the monument of Azerbaijani soldiers with intent of revenge. He wanted to humble their soul. It seems that by cutting off a head of soldier figure, he felt as if he cut off head of a liver. But Arakelyan said he did it for revenge of his died parents. Armenians love revenge and do not forget Ramil Safarov. Now they have national hero, they may erect a monument in honor of Arakelyan for his “bravery”.
“It has become clear that one can damp his ardour, disgust by cutting off a monument. It becomes the main version of the happened incident”, said Humbatov.
Remind that, the prosecutor demanded 4 years imprisonment for the accused. Public prosecutor took into consideration under-ages under the patronage of Eduard Arakelyan and Andrey Ganin. Next judicial day of the court has been appointed on July 12.
