During the visit of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Azerbaijan, allocation of financial assistance by the U.S. Congress to Nagorno-Karabakh will be raised, Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova told the media.
"Financial assistance, allocated to Nagorno-Karabakh, can be spent to support the separatist regime, and therefore there is sufficient evidence," Muradova said.
She said that if this assistance is spent to improve living standards, it must be transferred through Azerbaijan.
