Chairman of European Armenian Unions Forum Ashot Grigoryan commented on the statement of Presidents of OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairing countries and claimed that United States and Russia have agreed on returning Nagorno-Karabakh back to Azerbaijan as a result of Turkey's efforts.

According to the report of Russian Regnum news agency, Grigoryan said, "According to the statements of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, two regions will be returned to Azerbaijan soon. And that will be followed by the return of three regions and the remaining two regions will be returned to Azerbaijan in five years. Afterwards the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh's status will be determined. Considering the positive evaluations of Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan regarding the statement of American, Russian and French Presidents on Karabakh, it seems that Armenian Foreign Ministry is agreed to return these regions in case international powers assure Karabakh's independence."

"U.S. Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton's visit to the South Caucasus aims to prepare S. Caucasus countries for the change in American policy against Iran. There are two necessary things for enabling this; First is to impose the process of resettlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the frames of the statement of American, Russian and French Presidents and the second is to revive Turkish-Armenian protocols," Grigoryan said.
