Azerbaijani Vice-Speaker: Armenia Shows Its Nonconstructiveness Again

E-mail Print PDF

Vice speaker Bahar Muradova has commented on the Almaty meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

'We had great expectations from the meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia but unfortunately it did not yield the expected result because of the nonconstructive position of the Armenian side', vice speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament Bahar Muradova told the official website of the Yeni Azerbaijan ruling party.

'This meeting was held with participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries which attached a great importance to it. However, Armenia has done everything possible and again showed its nonconstructiveness by blocking the adoption of the final statement. At the same time, the availability of this issue on the agenda and adoption of the statement by the heads of the Minsk Group co-chairing countries on this problem is a positive factor', she said.
