Germany hopes Armenia-Turkey Protocols will eventually be ratified by parliaments of both countries, German Ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt stated.
As he noted at news conference in Yerevan, ratification will serve as an important step in overcoming current issues between Yerevan and Ankara, “Opening of border is also of key importance in helping Armenia out of difficult situation,” the diplomat pointed out.
