Photo Exhibition 'Khojaly Genocide' Opens In Turkish Kars

The opening of the photo exhibition "Khojaly genocide" has opened in the tent established outside the administration of the Kars province.

Accoridng to sources in General Consulate of Azerbaijan in Kars, the photo exhibition is organized by the Society for Combat with groundless Armenian claims in Igdir.

Society chairman Goksen Gulbey said that the exhibition featuring the atrocities of Armenians they committed in Azerbaijan and Turkey will open in Ankara, Istanbul and Van. He said along with photos on the Khojaly genocide, among the expositions are also books, magazines, CD-disks and brochures about massacres committed by Armenians in different regions of Turkey in 1915-1918.

The participants in the opening watched a documentary about massacres, committed by Armenians. Candles were lit and prayers were read out for the souls of victims of Armenian atrocities in the tent which had the note "Take steps to condemn murderers" on it.

Azerbaijan's general consul in Kars Aykhan Suleymanov and officials of the general consulate also familiarized with the exhibition.
