The nomination of the US designated Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza was put on the agenda of the US Senate’s session’s October 5 schedule, APA’s Washington DC correspondent was told at the Senate.

According to the executive calendar of the Senate, Mr. Bryza’s nomination was reported by Senator Kerry on September 21, right after the Foreign Relations committee voted on the nomination.

Other designated Ambassadors’ nominations, including Turkey’s one, also were put on the October 5 executive calendar. Meanwhile, it’s still not clear yet if Bryza’s nomination will be voted on the same day or later.
