Azerbaijani officer killed in the battles for Karabakh, National Hero Mubariz Ibrahimov’s body is in a neutral area, head of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dahsnaksutyun) political office and Ay-Dat (Armenian issue) central office Kiro Manoyan told journalists.
“Armenian side’s position is that the body is in “no one’s zone”. The body is not on Karabakh side and is in a neutral zone and Azerbaijan can come and pick up”, said Manoyan.
Manoyan said security of this process was a responsibility of the International Committee of the Red Cross. “The ICRC tries to resolve this issue. Concretely they don’t fulfill their functions. I think ICRC failed that mission”.
