In this regard, Washington has no hope for the process to resume in the near future. However diligent U.S. politicians believe that the revival of the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation must come from the immediate interests of Ankara and Yerevan.
There is a strong opposition in Turkey, opposing to the normalization process, he said.
According to him, the prospects do not inspire hope. U.S. authorities consider revival of Armenia-Turkey rapprochement should follow direct interests of Yerevan and Ankara. Meanwhile, both Armenian and Turkish statesmen should step up efforts in this direction.
