'There is a plan to discuss issues related to the resolution of the Karabakh conflict during the trilateral meeting', said Azerbaijani MP.

If the efforts of the Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev, as the mediator in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict are not effective, this will mean that Armenia does not reckon Russia today as well, said MP, chairman of the Party of Democratic Reforms Asim Mollazade.

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia will arrive in Astrakhan at the invitation of the Russian president on October 27. There is a plan to discuss issues related to the resolution of the Karabakh conflict during the trilateral meeting.

'The matter is that Medvedev will anyway use its influence and if his efforts are ineffective, it means Armenia does not reckon Russia too. I think in this case Russia should think seriously about the policy of Armenia, which contradicts to the policy of the whole world community and destabilizes our big region including Russia', Mollazade told Novosti-Azerbaijan on Tuesday.

The politician still hopes for a progress in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict at the meeting of presidents in Astrakhan on October 27.
