Armenian lobby makes the world be on friendly terms with Armenia, RF State Duma MP says.
The international community will hesitate between Armenia and Azerbaijan for a long time, RF State Duma member, political scientist Sergei Markov stated in an interview with NEWS.am.
According to him, no conflicting side will get concrete support, which accounts for some factors.
“Armenia is an economic dwarf in the eyes of the world community,” Markov said. He stressed Armenia will fail to withstand competition with Azerbaijan if it were not Armenian lobby in US and Europe.
“Strong Armenian lobby acts worldwide, which makes the international community not to “lay down” and “be on friendly terms” with Armenia. In its turn, Azerbaijan is of geopolitical and economic interest,” Markov stressed.
