Putin demanded from Sargsyan to settle three tasks.
Sources in Chorrod Inknishkhanutyun newspaper in Moscow say Russian Premier Vladimir Putin has recently sent a serious message to working president of Azerbaijan Serzh Sargsyan.
According to the publication, Putin demanded from Sargsyan to settle three tasks. “First of all, to break ties with criminal groupings in Russia, since cooperation with them is already a shame for Russia. Second, to bring several oligarchs and officials to criminal responsibility over corruption and other crimes. And the last, to fix clear position in the issue of the Karabakh settlement and present expectations of the Armenian side and publish protocols on agreements, reached during negotiations with Turkey, the United States and Azerbaijan, held secretly from Russia.
In case of nonfulfillment of the first and second paragraphs, the head of the Armenian national club Unification, functioning in Russia, Smbat Karakhanyan will be presented facts, confirming the links of Armenian authorities with criminal groupings, engaged in drug trafficking, illegal sales of arms and money laundering. In case of nonfulfillment of the third point, Putin threatened to publish protocols of secret negotiations which make it clear that Sargsyan has in fact agreed to the return of Azerbaijani refugees to the first stage to the liberated lands and the second stage to Lachin and Shusha without specification of the status of Nagorno Karabakh. In addition, the premier has already added that this is just a beginning of sanctions”, Chorrod Inknishkhanutyun.
