The NATO Parliamentary Assembly has removed a resolution from the agenda after the appeal of the Azerbaijani side.
According to sources in Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, the appeal has been sent to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, saying in particular, that the Azerbaijani side does not agree with some points of the prepared resolution and it needs finalizing.
However, due to the fact that the parliamentary elections will be held in Azerbaijan on November 7, the Azerbaijani delegation will not be able to take part in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's session and therefore it asks to withdraw the draft resolution on the occupied lands.
Armenian mass media and after them some 'Russian' medias caught up the lie of the head of the Armenian delegation in NATO Parliamentary Assembly Karen Avakyan that the draft resolution on the Karabakh conflict will not be considered in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly at the initiative of the Armenian side.
