The talks between Armenia and Turkey have ended, the time has come to act.

The talks between Armenia and Turkey have ended, and the only step to restore them is ratification and implementation of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols, press-secretary of Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan told ArmInfo correspondent when commenting on Turkish President Abdullah Gul's statement about the necessity to continue the dialogue for settlement of the problems between the parties.

'Armenia's stance is to ratify the Protocols without any pre-condition and fulfill them. The talks have been finished', - he said.

To note, Turkish president said at the conference in the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies that Turkey made great efforts in the matter of normalizing relations with Armenia.

To note, the Armenian-Turkish Protocols to normalize relations between the two states were signed in October 2009 in Zurich.
