E-mail Print PDF

A resolution on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be discussed at NATO Parliamentary Assembly's spring session.

"A resolution on Nagorno Karabakh will be discussed at NATO Parliamentary Assembly's spring session," Azerbaijani First Deputy Parliamentary Speaker Ziyafat Asgarov told journalists today.

He said the discussion of the resolution, which was planned at the autumn session, was postponed due to the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections.

"We have applied to NATO Parliamentary Assembly's head with a letter, in which we note impossibility of the Azerbaijani delegation's participation [in meeting] in connection with the parliamentary elections and asked to postpone consideration of the resolution till the next meeting and received a positive response," he said.
