Washington To Host Lecture On Traditions And History, Territory Of Azerbaijan

An Azerbaijani lecturer will deliver a speech on the culture, the literature and the society of Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus in Washington DC, on November 17. The lecture that will be hosted at the Centre for Global Studies, will be organized at the Johnson Center Department.

Dr. Shahla Naghiyeva, an Azerbaijani lecturer, will speak of Azerbaijani traditions and customs, history, literature, politics, population, language, territory. The lecture will also include a 12-minute documentary on Azerbaijan. US government and non-government representatives, experts, students, Diaspora members and journalists will attend the lecture.
