Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan paid two-day visit to Russia, APA reports citing Armenia today news portal. According to portal, the Armenian delegation includes ambassador on special issues Arkady Gukasyan, Diaspora Minister Granush Akopyan, ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan and other officials.
S. Sarkisyan will attend the charity marathon to be held by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. Armenian businessmen in Russia will also attend the event.
Main meetings of Armenian president will be carried out on November 17. He will hold bilateral meetings with Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and PM Vladimir Putin. He will also attend the holiday concert in Kremlin and the event on 10-year anniversary of Russian Armenians’ Union to be organized in President Hotel.
On November 18, Armenian president will reward the chairman of Rossia Today Tele Company Margarita Simonyan, famous actor Armen Jigarkhanyan and other persons with the state prizes.
