"Karabakh Conflict Can Be Resolved If External Pressure On S. Caucasus Region Is Stopped"

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be solved if the external pressure on the South Caucasus region is stopped, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at a press conference on Thursday.

"Iran hopes that the Nagorno-Karabakh problem will be resolved peacefully," Ahmadinejad.

He said Iran welcomes the efforts of both sides in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict peacefully and in accordance with international law.
