“Armenia has not held and is not holding new talks with Turkey, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian declared, thus reputing the statements of the Turkish leadership that the negotiations with Armenia continue.
“If the Turkish side is sincere in its desire to normalize relations with Armenia, it has to do one simple thing, i.e. ratify and implement the two protocols without any preconditions.
This is not only our stance, but also that of the international community. If Turkey goes against this position, the Turkish side will be fully responsible for the failure of the process,” Nalbandian stated.
