Sargsyan’s Statements 'Demonstrate' Armenia's Hard Situation

E-mail Print PDF

'Serzh Sargsyan’s recent statements on war demonstrates that Armenia is in hard situation' said vice-speaker of Azerbaijani parliament Bahar Muradova.

To her, the process of negotiations and Armenia’s non-constructive participation in this process increase pressure against this country:

'Though the process of negotiations outwardly seems to be in the interests of Armenia, this is not so. Sooner or later the principles of international law will prevail in the solution of such conflicts. The statement in 3+2 format passed in Astana Summit envisages peaceful settlement of the problem basing on the terms of previous negotiations. The statements that Armenia is preparing for the war and will win are groundless.

All this is meant for Armenian public and aim to prevent the pressure against leadership of this country. Taking into account that Armenia won the battle, but not the war, Azerbaijan has a chance to liberate its territories within the framework of the international law. Azerbaijan will use this right, when necessary'.
