Officials in Ukrainian City of Nikopol arrested a 28 year old local citizen who is suspected to destroy a monument for so called Armenian genocide.
According to the report of Panorama.am, the monument was erected on 11th October, 2008 by the initiative of the local Armenian community in the city.
