According to Russia 24 TV channel, the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a news conference in Moscow.
The recent meeting of the foreign ministers of the three countries within the framework of the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict was held on the sidelines of the session of the CIS ministerial council in Moscow in early December just after the OSCE summit in Astana.
