According to the report of Armenia based News.am, world renowned French chansionnier Charles Aznavour called on Israel to officially recognize Armenian 'genocide’ allegations regarding 1915 incidents in Ottoman Empire.
Kol Israeli Radio reported that Aznavour, speaking at the ceremony of International Award of Jerusalem University on January 23, accused Turkey of pursuing a “cave anti-Semitism”.
“Turkey took obvious anti-Israeli positions on all Middle East problems”, reported Aznavour as saying.
