In an interview with Russia Today TV channel, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian expressed regret that ensign Mubariz Ibrahimov, who killed four Armenian servicemen and wounded four more, was posthumously awarded the title of the National Hero by the decree of the Azerbaijani president.
