Russian State Secretary, Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Karasin held consultations with Turkish First Deputy Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioglu in Moscow on Feb. 4, Russian Foreign Ministry's official website reported on Tuesday.
The deputy foreign ministers noted the high level of Russian-Turkish cooperation and the regular and fruitful character of ministerial contacts, the ministry's website reported.
During the meeting, the sides discussed several international and regional issues, including the situation in Transcaucasia and the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
