Arsons were observed in the occupied Kengerli and Sarijali villages of Aghdam region soon after the OSCE monitored the line of contact, residents of Aghdam’s frontline settlements told.
The residents say that the fire was observed 5-7km west of the monitored area. Weak smoke was noticed before the monitoring. Heavy fire was observed after the monitoring.
The tractors of Armenians were noticed during the monitoring. The enemy is supposedly clearing the sown areas by burning the weed and bushes.
