As soon as possible, the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh will support the Azerbaijani State, the head of the 'Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh' Public Union Bayram Safarov told journalists.

"The Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh see today's development of Azerbaijan. They regret separation from Azerbaijan. Karabakh Armenians were the victims of vandalism committed in Karabakh by Armenia, and subjected to hardship, while they lived better, while being part of Azerbaijan," Safarov said.

He expressed confidence that the Karabakh Armenians do not have the opportunity to express their opinions.

"Today's government of Armenia does not create opportunities for them to realize their desires. As soon as the opportunity arises, they will support the Azerbaijani government and express their desire to live in Azerbaijan," Safarov said.

Safarov believes that the Armenians, who lived in Nagorno-Karabakh until 1991, can once again live as part of Azerbaijan. Safarov said as in other spheres, Azerbaijan has made great successes in the field of military industry.

"Azerbaijan does not need any help. We have the necessary potential to, if necessary, liberate our occupied territories by military means," Safarov said.

Safarov also answered the questions from journalists about the meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Karabakh.

"We are always ready to hold meetings and dialogues," he said.
