Turkey Has Nothing To Do In Karabakh Peace Process, Armenian MFA

E-mail Print PDF

“Turkey has nothing to do in the Karabakh conflict resolution. If Turkey wishes not to damage the peace process, it should not interfere in the Karabakh conflict settlement,” Spokesman for Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan said.

He commented on the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov’s statement in an interview with Hurriyet daily.

Azimov stated “a multi-staged plan on Nagorno-Karabakh problem is being proposed by Turkey and Azerbaijan to resolve the dispute over Nagorno-Karabakh.”

“Mr. Azimov’s scenario for the Karabakh conflict resolution is a figment of his imagination,” Balayan emphasized.
