The American Russian-language newspaper "New Frontier" has published an article by the Azerbaijani ambassador to the UN Agshin Mehdiyev titled "Khojaly genocide: one of the terrible tragedies of the 20th century", a statement by the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the United Nations read.
In the same issue of the newspaper was published an article on the commemoration of the victims of the Khojaly genocide in Israel. It tells of the memorable event and the need to bring the perpetrators of the Khojaly genocide to criminal liability.
