Turkey’s Chief EU negotiator Egemen Bagis commented on the issue related to recognition of so called Armenian 'genocide' talking to the journalists in the course of his visit to US.

Speaking about efforts to bring 'genocide' issue to the Congress’ attention, Bagis stressed he has not observed activities, Turkish Haber50 website reports.

“Joint efforts of our Ambassador, colleagues and Turkish unions of US helped achieve success when the Armenian bill was on the agenda. It will be unpleasant if this senseless bill is included once more. Besides, our American friends are well aware of our attitude on the issue,” he said.
