Greece hopes for the soonest solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, said President of Greece Karolos Papoulias after his meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku, APA quotes Greece’s ANA-MPA agency.
Papoulias said both bilateral and international issues were discussed at the meeting. He noted that Greece gives great importance to the EU Eastern Partnership program. “In this context, we support the negotiations on the associative agreement between Azerbaijan and EU. I told President Aliyev that Azerbaijan can rely on the support of Greece on this issue”.
