Armenian NGOs Call On Georgian Parliament To Discuss So Called “Genocide”

Georgia-based Armenian NGOs have sent a letter to the Georgian president and the parliament, asking to discuss so called Armenian genocide at the parliament, Tert.am reported.

Also letters were sent to the parliamentary factions and Armenian MPs at the Georgian parliament.

The move was initiated by the Armenian Community of Georgia NGO.

“We, the undersigned of the Armenian Community of Georgia organization, are calling on you to join the initiative of the international civilized community and discuss at the Georgian parliament the issue of the “Armenian Genocide” perpetrated in the Ottoman Empire for the sake of justice and democratic values,” read the letter.
