Hovik Abrahamyan is invited but doesn’t plan to leave for Istanbul.
Armenian National Assembly Chairman Hovik Abrahamyan received an invitation from Turkey’s Grand National Assembly to attend the UN Conference on Least Developed Countries, Gohar Poghosyan, the head of NA PR department, said.
“National Assembly Chairman has been invited but doesn’t plan to attend the forum activities,” Gohar Poghosyan said. According to the source, Armenian parliament will not be presented to the conference.
Turkish city of Istanbul will host UN Conference on Least Developed Countries on May 9-13.
