In his interrview with BBC, Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu spoke about demise of the Soviet Union and Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Bulbuloglu said the war in Nagorno-Karabakh is still going on citing murder of the Azerbaijani child Fariz Badalov by Armenian sniper.

'There are forces that don’t want the parties to reach agreement. The world needs to understand that the Azerbaijani people will not put up with the loss of its territories,' the ambassador noted.
